How to Maintain your Bridal Makeup on your Special Day

Bridal Inspiration: My Glamorous Wedding Makeup (2014)

My Bridal Style: My glamorous wedding makeup

I always knew I would do my own makeup, my main worry was my skin but thank goodness it was looking good on the day – hallelujah! I enjoy doing my own makeup and it’s my profession so I felt pretty casual about it… This was until I had to actually do it on the day!!

Win Your Wedding Makeup

You may remember back in January I decided to run a competition for my Facebook followers. It was to win your wedding makeup!! It was a fun competition to run and so many lovely brides entered. When the competition closed I sat on my own, folded up all of the brides names on little pieces of paper, gave the bowl a little swoosh around and then picked the winner!

The winning bride Hayley actually had no idea because her best friend and Maid of Honour Ria, had entered in the hope she could surprise the bride with this fab prize!

I was later told that Ria found out she had won just as Hayley was trying on her wedding dress! What perfect timing!!!

Hayley was a classic bride and as a fellow glasses wearer she wanted to make her eyes really dramatic as they would be framed by her cool specs. She looked so glamorous!

Perfect Wedding Magazine September issue has an 8 page feature of the beautifully  bohemian, Festival Bride Photoshoot!

It was an amazing shoot to be part of and everyone involved was part of the wedding industry so it was a great way to meet like minded creatives that love the idea of creating something a little different for the alternative bride.

With different looks: Woodstock, Vibrant Feathers and Electric Boho I knew that it wasn
